At Levites Bible College we are committed to providing quality theological education and we want every student to have a positive experience with us. This policy explains our position on refunds and payment adjustments.
Tuition Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances can change and we handle refund requests with fairness and compassion. The following conditions apply.
If a student withdraws from a programme before the commencement of the semester, a full refund of tuition paid will be processed minus a 10% administrative fee.
If a student withdraws within the first two weeks of the semester, a 50% refund of tuition paid will be processed.
If a student withdraws after the first two weeks of the semester, no refund will be issued. However the student may apply to defer their enrolment to the following semester without additional charge.
Application Fee
The ₦1,000 application fee is non-refundable under all circumstances as it covers the cost of processing your application.
Payment Plans
Students on a payment plan who wish to withdraw from their programme should contact LBC immediately to discuss their outstanding balance. Outstanding instalments will be reviewed on a case by case basis depending on the circumstances of withdrawal.
Deferral Option
Rather than withdrawing entirely, students facing financial or personal difficulties are encouraged to apply for a deferral. A deferral allows you to pause your studies and resume in a future semester without losing your tuition payment. Deferral requests must be submitted in writing to info@levitesbiblecollege.com.ng before the end of the fourth week of the semester.
Special Circumstances
LBC recognises that exceptional circumstances such as serious illness, bereavement, or other unforeseen hardships may arise. In such cases the student or their representative should write to info@levitesbiblecollege.com.ng explaining the situation. The LBC Board will review each case individually and may approve a full or partial refund or deferral at their discretion.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to info@levitesbiblecollege.com.ng with your full name, programme of study, date of payment, amount paid, and reason for withdrawal. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment method where possible.
